Trainings

Throughout the year, Sponsor Refugees hosts a myriad of different trainings to equip Community Sponsorship groups particularly and the Refugees Welcomes movement generally to work with refugees.

On the second and fourth Friday from 1-2pm, we host Our Lunch & Learn sessions that address different topics within Community Sponsorship.

From September to December 2020, Sponsor Refugees is running Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope (PATH) trainings in collaboration with Educational Psychologists. PATH is designed to empower i nstitutions that work with refugees to plan for the future through active listening and a people- centred mindset.
